stands passed by the Director of Horticulture regularizing the services of the petitioner in the existing Group-B services w.e.f. 31.03.2022 in terms of 1997 resolution in compliance of the original order dated 18.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3146 of 2021 as also subsequent incidental orders.

Copy of the order dated 09.12.2022 has been produced in Court today, be taken on record.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
