2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Angul P.S. Case No.1014 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1659 of 2020 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, he does not want to press this petition but seeks liberty to file a fresh petition, if cognizance has been taken against him and he has been proceeded with.

4. Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this CRLMC stands disposed of.
