(virtual/ physical) mode.
2.
The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with CID P.S. Case No.09 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.330 of 2021 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili running for the alleged commission of offence under section 420/467/468/471/ 175/120-B/34 of the IPC has filed this application under Section438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.
4.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations especially the role of this Petitioner as alleged for commission of the offence as those emerge from the materials on record, further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances including the plight of large number of persons who have fallen in the trap and are the victims and their sufferings which is continuing; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
