3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the contemnor/opposite party has filed compliance affidavit mentioning therein that the order passed by this Court in W.P(C) No. 1130 of 2018 on 22.04.2022 has already been complied by issuing Order vide No.27472 dated 20.12.2022. The relevant portion of the compliance affidavit is reproduced hereunder:

"5. ..the District Education Officer, Cuttack in office order No.641 dated 16.01.2016 adjusted the petitioner in a Class-III post and posted as Jr. Clerk in Prachi Academy, Adaspur under DEO, Cuttack. He joined the post on 20.01.2016."

4. In view of above, the Contempt petition stands disposed of being dropped.
