Mr. Pati, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, his client obtained credit facilities from opposite party no.2. On there being irregularities in repayment his client, with intention to obtain One Time Settlement (OTS) facility, made representation dated 27th July, 2022 to opposite party no.3. He prays for direction upon said opposite party to consider and dispose of said representation of his client.

Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.1. 3.
In view of prayer made, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice on rest opposite parties. Instead, opposite party no.3 is
// 2 // directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 27th July, 2022 and inform petitioner result thereof within two weeks of communication.
