Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 28th March, 2022 (Annexure-7) passed by the Chairman, STA, Odisha, Cuttack in Misc. Case No.10 of 2022, whereby request of the Petitioner for change of time slot was rejected. 4.

When the matter first listed on 26th August, 2022, Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought for adjournment to satisfy the Court that the order impugned herein is not appealable under Section 89 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Again on 16th September, 2022, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner. Today, none appears on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter. 5.
