This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that no F.I.R. has been registered as of now relating to the present case. 3.

In such view of the matter, there is no apprehension of arrest of the Petitioner in this case.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to move for bail afresh, in the event any such apprehension arises. However, in the event any case is registered, it is open for the Arresting Officer to follow the mandatory provision of Section 41-A, Cr.P.C., if the same is applicable to the present case of the Petitioner. 5.
