2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody in connection with Parjanga P.S. Case No.287/2020 corresponding to C.T.(Spl.)(P) Case No.73/2020 pending in the court of learned Judge, Special Court (POCSO), Dhenkanal for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 376(3)/376(2)(f)(I)(n)/109/506 of I.P.C. and Section 6/17 of POCSO Act.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioner committed forcible sexual intercourse with the victim, who was a minor girl aged about 14 years at the relevant time. She has described the occurrence vividly in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C.

5. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the victim during trial.
