Heard Mr. B.R. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. S. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the opposite parties. 3.
The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter dated 27.05.2020 and to issue direction to opposite party no.2 not to insist the petitioner-institution to fulfill minimum requirement fixed by the INC in its guidelines dated 20.04.2018, as the said guidelines is applicable prospectively. 4.
Mr. B.R. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that since the petitioner-institution has not been provided with NOC, the petitioners have approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

Ms. S. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the opposite parties produced the letter no.ONMRC-RENNOC (21-22)/70/2020 (part file) 2417/BBSR dated 16.08.2022 in Court today by which communication has been made to the Chairman/Director/ Secretary/Principal Private ANMTC/GNMTC & College of Nursing with regard to grant of renewal of NOC/Provisional Recognition for continuance of Nursing courses for the academic
session 2022-23. It is contended that the petitioner-institution has already granted with NOC and, as such, the relief sought by the petitioners has already meted out.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court finds that the petitioner-institution claimed for grant of NOC which was already granted by the authority vide letter no.ONMRC-RENNOC (21-22)/70/2020 (part file) 2417/BBSR dated 16.08.2022. Thereby, nothing more remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 7.
