Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is surprise to note that the Mutation Case initiated in the year 2016 based on a Civil Court decree in C.S. No.174 of 2010 is pending over six years. Considering there is much delay, this Court finds strange in the attitude of the concerned Tahasildar, Danagadi. Deprecating such attitude, the Tahasildar, Danagadi, O.P.3 is directed to take up Mutation Case No.637 of 2016,if it is pending as of now, and take lawful decision within fifteen days from the date of service of copy of this order.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned ASC for onward transmission to O.P.3.
