ORDER

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner challenges the Office Order No.12335 dated 17.08.2022 issued by the Opposite Party No.3/ District Education Officer, Balasore deploying him to act as Peon in Bishnupur High School, in the district of Balasore.

4. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and gone through the Writ Petition.

5. The Petitioner has been transferred within the same Block and the distance is only 15 kilometers which does not prejudicially affect the Petitioner to discharge his duties.

6. Taking into account the nature of disputes involved in this Writ Petition and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the Petitioner has grossly failed to convince this Court regarding allegation of malafide as has been alleged.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. (Dr. S.K. Panigrahi) Judge B.Jhankar
