1. In view of the order dated 21st April 2018, passed by the S.D.J.M., Bargarh, recording a compromise between the parties, the order dated 10th September, 2015, passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh in Execution Case No.57 of 2015 and all orders and proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

2. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
