Mr. D. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that there is no instruction from the appellant. As such, he is not in position to make any submission in this appeal. 3.
By the Order dated 05.07.2022, this Court had occasion to observe that if there is no representation from the appellant on the next date, this Court will be compelled to pass appropriate Order for non-prosecution.

The submission of Mr. D. Sahoo, learned counsel amounts to non-representation and as such, this appeal stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
