1. The challenge in the present petition is to an order dated 11th July 2016, passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in I.C.C. No.2045 of 2015 rejecting the application filed by the proprietor of Petitioner No.1 and Petitioner Nos.2 to 5 seeking dispensing of their personal appearance in the said court.

2. Despite notice having been issued way back on 7th November 2016, no reply has been filed. Even today, despite service of notice on the Opposite Party-Complainant, none appears.

3. In the circumstances, it is directed that notwithstanding the impugned order dated 11th July, 2016 of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, the Petitioners will appear before the court in seisin over the matter in I.C.C. No.2045 of 2015 on 9th January, 2023. Further orders may be passed in accordance with law by the said court.

4. No further directions are called for at this stage. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
