The Petitioner in this CMP prays for a direction to the Sub-Collector (Sadar) Cuttack-Opposite Party No.1 for early disposal of Encroachment Appeal No.03 of 2021 initiated under the provisions of the Odisha Prevention of Land Encroachment Act, 1972. Hence, the matter should have been registered as W.P.(C) as pointed out by the S.R.
