Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "The petitioner, therefore, prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/ mandamus and/or any other further writ/direction, quash the order dated 21.03.2018 under Annexure-1 to the extent illegally fixing Grade Pay of the petitioner at Rs.4,800/- and direct the Opposite Parties to sanction Grade Pay @ Rs.5400/- in favour of the petitioner, within a stipulated period".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a representation before Opp. Party No.1 within a period of 15(fifteen) days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No. 1 in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Anenxures-5 &

7. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 3(Three) months from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
