This application has been filed by the Petitioner for recalling of the order dated 29.08.2022.

Mr. B. Manasingh, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that imposition of costs on the plea of frivolous application may be deleted from the order dated 29.08.2022 and the Petitioner may be exempted from payment of cost imposed by this Court. 4.

Considering the grounds taken in the application and after hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner, the direction given vide order dated 29.08.2022 for payment of cost of Rs. 10,000/- is recalled and other parts of the order dated 29.08.2022 remained as it is.
