This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Informant as also learned counsel for the State. 3.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations including the latest statement of the victim recorded under section 164, Cr.P.C.; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Tirtol P.S. Case No.502 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.472 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Tirtol within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that he will not terrorize or threaten the prosecution witnesses, in any manner, whatsoever.
