It appears, the Petitioner has already made a complaint to the competent authority vide Annexure-6 in the matter of demolition of the construction over the Plot Nos.479, 345 & 347 under Khata No.89 of Mouza-Aiginia, P.S.-Bharatpur, Bhubaneswar. It further appears, basing upon such complaint of the Petitioner the Additional Commissioner (Enf.) by its order vide Annexure-4 has already forwarded the case of the Petitioner to the Additional Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation since 18.05.2022. Learned counsel for the Petitioner alleges that though four months have already passed in the meantime, there is no development on the issue involved herein.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to take a lawful

// 2 // decision on the complaint of the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 recommended vide Annexure-4, involving the parties likely to be affected and also involving the Opposite Party No.8. 3.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
