This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). The petitioners in this revision petition have challenged the order dated 07.06.2022 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Gunupur in C.T. No. 31 of 2022 in framing charges under sections 498-A, 294, 307, 506, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is no such material to frame the charge under section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners, but during the course of
