Copy of the order filed at Annexure-5 is already marked in a manner leaving no space for marking of the Court. This Court declines to entertain the Writ Petition. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a better petition with proper documents.

As the learned counsel for Petitioners submits that he has already filed a fresh certified copy, this Court directs, in the event the Office has already received the same, copy of such order shall be returned to the Petitioners.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
