1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners challenge the action of the Opposite Party Nio.2/ Odisha Public Service Commission, Odisha, Cuttack in mentioning in the question paper meant for selection of Assistant Professors in Government Medical Colleges, pursuant to Advertisement No.19 of 2021-22, that "all the questions are compulsory" even though there is negative marking in the valuation process and in the process they have been forced to answer all the questions. They further pray for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party
// 2 // Nio.2/ Odisha Public Service Commission, Odisha, Cuttack not to deduct marks for wrong responses given by the Petitioners in the written test which was conducted on 26th of June, 2022 and revise the marks secured by them before proceeding further in the process of selection.
4. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and gone through the Writ Petition.
5. Taking into account the nature of disputes involved in this Writ Petition and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the Petitioner has grossly failed to impress this Court regarding merit of the case.
