Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had obtained housing loan. His client wants to regularize the account and to that effect he made representation dated 4th August, 2022 to the bank. He submits, there be direction upon the bank for consideration of the representation.

In view of prayer made Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 4th August, 2022 and inform petitioner, result thereof within two weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
