This Court finds strange in pendency of the demarcation proceeding initiated in the year 2018. As a consequence, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Marsaghai, O.P.2 to conclude the proceeding in Demarcation Case No.69/2018 provided there is no lawful obstruction by any direction of the Competent Authority obstructing such exercise at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order but however involving the Parties likely to be affected.
