Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the opp. parties to show cause as to why appropriate direction shall not be issued to the opp. parties to disburse the petitioner his retiral service benefits like gratuity, RACP along with pension which he is entitled to as other retired Govt.

Servants of his contemporary are getting but he has been deprived of getting the same.

And if the opp. parties do not show cause of show insufficient cause issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the opp. parties disburse the petitioner his retiral service benefits like gratuity, RACP along with pension which he is entitled to as other retired Govt.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.4 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in

// 2 // the representation under Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
