This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 26.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10183 of 2022. 3.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners, the prayer for modification is allowed. Accordingly, two weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 26.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10183 of 2022, other conditions in the said order remaining unchanged. Till the Petitioners surrender before the learned court below within the aforesaid extension period, they shall not be arrested.
