In this writ petition, the petitioners-State functionaries have challenged the order dated 28.06.2010 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A.No.1289 (C) of 2010.

It is agreed between the parties that this matter is covered by the decision in the case of (State of Odisha and others v. Banchanidhi Das in W.P.(C) No.13167 of 2012 and batch) disposed of on 28.03.2022. 5.
