In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the State that the charge-sheet in the case has been submitted placing the Petitioner for trial for commission of offences of all bailable offences; learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application as the Petitioner would now be moving the learned Court in seisin of the case invoking the appropriate provision of law for appropriate relief. 3.

In view of above, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 05.11.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
