This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Balangir Town P.S. Case No.323 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.963 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Balangir, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 419/420/468/471/120-B of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Balangir, by order dated 17.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he was remanded in the case at hand on 02.08.2022 and submits that he is a victim of circumstances and has been roped in the case at hand only because of his antecedent of similar nature, hence seeks release on bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes for bail and relies on the statement of one Dhanashree Bhue, who has vividly described the role played by the petitioner in facilitating the crime. 7.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till submission of charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
