There is a serious allegation that even though Appeal Case No.8 of 2021 has been filed before O.P.2 in 2021, the same is yet to be admitted even.

Considering the allegation to be serious, this Court permits the Petitioner to file a Memo before O.P.2 for admission of the Appeal within a period of one week, O.P.2 shall undertake the exercise of admission of the Appeal at least within further one week. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
