This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.08.2022 and extension of time to surrender. 3.
Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Prayer for modification is allowed. Accordingly, the condition imposed in para-8 of the order dated 29.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10201 of 2022, with regard to criminal antecedents of similar nature of the Petitioners, is hereby waived. However, this waiving of condition is subject to the Petitioners furnishing cash security of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) to the satisfaction of learned court in seisin over the matter.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide the
// 2 // aforesaid order dated 29.08.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

Order dated 29.08.2022 stands modified to the above extent only, and this I.A. is disposed of accordingly. 8.
