This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in C.T. Case No.296/80 of 2022 arising out of Junagarh P.S. Case No.302 of 2022, pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n) of IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna, by order dated 04.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.
Considering the tenor thereof and keeping in view that investigation has progressed substantially, this Court directs the
petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
