This Court takes serious cognizance on the allegation made herein in not showing the finality to the mutation case involved even after grant of time in disposal of W.P.(C).No.26718 of 2021 on 16.09.2021. There is even no application seeking extension of time. Finding serious note of allegation but however providing one more opportunity, the contemnor is directed to see finality of the proceeding in Mutation Case No.6786 of 2021 at least within a month hence failing which it shall be construed to be deliberate violation of this Court's order and this Court will not hesitate in seeking personal appearance of the Tahasildar concerned.

The contempt petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
