This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in S.T. Case No.45 of 2022 corresponding to Garabandha P.S. Case No.20 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Paralakhemundi, Gajapati, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 376(1)/450/506 of IPC read with Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Paralakhemundi, Gajapati, by order dated 21.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim which is on record.

Taking note of the same and keeping in view that chargesheet has already been filed on 03.05.2022 and the petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
