This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for restoration of the CMAPL No.365 of 2014 and W.P.(C) No.1231 of 2011.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties. 4.

I am not inclined to restore the aforesaid CMAPL as well as Writ Petition in view of the fact that earlier CMAPL has been dismissed for nonprosecution by this Court. 5.

Accordingly, the CMAPL stands dismissed.

However, in the interest of justice, liberty is given to the Petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if the cause of action still survives. (A.K. Mohapatra) Judge Debasis
