This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.10208 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 29.08.2022 granting bail to the petitioner subject to furnishing cash security of Rs.30,000/-(rupees thirty thousand) besides other conditions. Subsequently, an application was filed to modify the condition since the petitioner is unable to comply with the same. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the bail order passed on 29.08.2022, he is unable to furnish the cash security as directed. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is

// 2 // directed that the condition of furnishing cash security Rs.30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand) as imposed in the order dated 29.08.2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand), rest part of the order shall remain intact and the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 29.08.2022, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below on or before 21st of October, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
