This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.1156 of 2022 arising out of Balichandrapur P.S. Case No.262 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 457/376/376(2)(f) of IPC. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Chandikhole, by order dated 17.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation has substantially progressed, this Court
directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
