Considering the innocuous prayer and after recording the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that pleading in Mutation Appeal No.34/2007 is complete, this Court expressing anxiety in pendency of such Appeal for fifteen years directs SubCollector, Kendrapara, O.P.4 to dispose of the Appeal within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order. Considering the further submission through the Interlocutory Application, this Court observes, in the event the Appeal was in representative capacity and the representatives are no more
