Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Order No.

Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials placed on record; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances; it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Jajpur Road P.S. Case No.264 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.847 of 2021 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that he will appear before the IIC, Jajpur Road P.S. every Monday in between 10 am to 2 pm for a period of next six months.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
