This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 2nd May, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rourkela in CS No.310 of 2016.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo stating that since the dispute between the parties has been settled in Lok Adalt before learned trial Court, Petitioner does not want to press the CMP.

In view of such submission, the CMP is dismissed as not pressed. Memo so filed be kept on record.
