02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. D.R. Bhokta, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties along with Mr. Baidhar Sahoo, learned counsel appearing in I.A. No. 275 of 2022.

3. Though this Contempt Petition has been filed challenging noncompliance of the order dtd.02.05.2022, but this Court finds that after passing of the said order, the Collector & D.M., Koraput - Cum- Administrator of the Bank has issued a communication on 16.07.2022 to the Petitioner directing him to make a fresh application for consideration of his claim for appointment under the R.A. Scheme. It is contended that the said direction is contrary to the order passed by this Court on 02.05.2022.

4. Since the Collector, Koraput-Contemnor has issued the communication after receipt of the order passed by this Court on 02.05.2022, this Court while disposing the Contempt Petition grants liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the said communication, if he is aggrieved by the same.

5. The Contempt Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge 03.

I.A. No. 275 of 2022

1. In view of the order passed in the Contempt Petition, Mr. B. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the Contemnor does not want to press this Interim Application.
