This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the second journey of this petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Chauliaganj P.S. Case No.141 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1137 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Cuttack for offence punishable under sections 394/302/34, I.P.C. in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State as well as the Informant.

Keeping in view the submission made, the record being gone through; it is seen that the prayer for grant of bail has been rejected by the Trial Court 31.08.2020. In view of the above, the application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer before the Trial Court citing all such developments which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper prospective for its disposal in accordance with law.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
