1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellants learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Appellants are in custody since 24th April, 2022 in connection with Damanjodi P.S.

Case No.37/2022 corresponding to G.R. No.794/2022 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput-Jeypore.

4. It is submitted that the allegations against the Appellants are baseless and in any case no specific overt act has been attributed to them.

5. Considering the submissions and the materials on record, this Court is of the view that in so far as the present Appellants are concerned, nothing specific has been alleged against them to show their complicitiy in the alleged occurrence.

6. Taking into consideration all the above facts, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Appellants be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that they shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

7. The CRLA is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
