Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.

The petitioner is accused in Special (POCSO) Case No.18 of 2022, pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Court under POCSO Act, Angul, arising out of Bantala P.S. Case No.73 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n)/376(3)/294/342/506/34 of IPC read with Section 6(1)/4(2) of the POCSO Act and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(wi), 3(2)(va) and 3(2)(v) of SC & ST (PoA) Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District Judge cum

Special Court under POCSO Act, Angul, by order dated 08.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement and the medical examination report of the victim.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application of the petitioner. 7.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the victim, since the petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2022, this Court calls upon the learned Court in seisin over the matter to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
