This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that both the petitioners and the informant belong to one family. There exists a civil dispute between two groups, as a result of which a scuffle took place between two groups. However, nobody has sustained any serious injury. Further, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitions have no criminal antecedents of similar nature.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the

// 2 // offence and the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C.,Basudevpur in G.R.Case No.732 of 2022 arising out of Basudevpur P.S.Case No.360 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today and move for bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
