This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Bhawanipatna Sadar P.S. Case No.229 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.689 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 366/376(2)(n) of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna, by order dated 29.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner on that basis of materials on record that the charge-sheet has already ben filed on 14.06.2022, hence further continuance of the petitioner in custody is unwarranted.

The 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim is on record, perused the same.

8.

Taking into account the filing of charge-sheet and the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 9.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
