Considering the submission made, this Court directs that the expressions "learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Udala" mentioned in the order dated 06.09.2022 be read as "learned District and Sessions Judge, Mayurbhanj, Baripda". 6.

Rest part of the order dated 06.09.2022 remains unaltered. 7.

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title in terms of the I.A in Court today.
