This petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer G.R. Case No.217 of 2015 from the court of the learned C.J.M., Paralakhemundi to the Court of the learned JMFC-cum-Special Court, Paralakhemundi.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Considering the facts and submissions made, especially the fact that almost all the witnesses have been examined in the aforesaid case except the doctor, this Court is not inclined to transfer the aforesaid case on the ground stated, inasmuch as the case is at the concluding stage.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP(C) stands disposed of being dismissed.
