This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.4 & 5 to release his salary from 01.04.2021 to 30.06.2022 by way of accepting his joining report dated 08.07.2021 under Annexure-2 in compliance of the order dated 09.06.2022 passed by the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha under Annexure-6 and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to disburse all his retiral dues within a stipulated period. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that during pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has retired from service. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the authority highlighting the grievances, and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of taking into consideration Annexures-6 & 7 within a stipulated time, to which learned

State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of ten days from today ventilating his grievances before the authority. In the event, the petitioner files such representation along with this order, the authority shall consider and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexures-6 & 7 within a period of three months thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
