This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No.176 of 2020 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

On perusal of the order sheet annexed to the writ petition, it appears that during examination of P.W.1, a petition was filed by Opposite Party with a prayer to direct the Petitioner to produce true copy of the resignation letter, letter of acceptance of resignation by the authority, if any and Income Tax return for last three years. Said application was posted to 8th August, 2022 for service of copy and filing of objection.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not have any instruction as to the present status of the said petition. 5.

In that view of the matter, the prayer made in this writ petition cannot be granted at this stage. However, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the parties to cooperate with learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar for early disposal of C.P.

// 2 // No.176 of 2020 and an endeavour shall be made for early disposal of the civil proceeding, if there is no legal impediment. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
